Terms & Conditions:

 The promotion is valid from 22nd February to 4th March 2023

 This promotion is valid for customers who:

 • Spend RO 10/- or more in a single receipt on Food Products at any of the Lulu outlets in Oman & Shop Online
 • Are residents of Oman and are 18 years and above.
 • Customers shall be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided while registering.
 • Customers who have registered, need to only enter their Mobile Number and the new Receipt ID for eligible purchases during the promotion, subsequently. 
 • Customers Purchasing online do not have to register for the raffle draw separately. The coupons will be generated upon successful completion of the purchase. The Raffle draw coupons will be shared with you within 48 Hours of online order confirmation to your registered Email/Phone Number.
 • A receipt can be claimed only once.
 • Purchase of gift vouchers is not included in the promotion.
 • The registered claim will be validated to calculate the number of valid chances for the customer.
 • The raffle coupons will be issued on valid claims only.
 • Customers will need to save the email / SMS for reference.
 • Please note that for the registration process, it is preferable that customers use their personal Email ID. Using a company or corporate Email address can lead the mail to be marked as spam due to the company’s mail policies.
 • Online Registration closes on 5th March 2023.
 • Lulu is not responsible for any delivery failure of the coupons on account of wrong information.
 • In the event of any clarifications regarding the raffle coupons issued, customers may get in touch with the Customer Service Desk at the nearest Lulu.
 • The draw of the winners will be under the supervision of officials from the concerned Municipality/Ministry of commerce and industry
 • Lulu World Food’23 raffle draw will be completed on 8th March 2023.
 • The winners name will be announced on Lulu’s Social Media handles and on our website.
 • Color and specification of the prizes may vary according to availability.
 • Winning prizes are to be redeemed within 90 days from the end of the promotion.
 • Employees of Lulu and its sister concerns, as well as family members of employees are not eligible to participate in the Lulu World Food’23 Promotion.

هذا العرض صالح للعملاء الذين:

•  إنفاق ١٠ ريالات عمانية أو أكثر في إيصال واحد على المنتجات الغذائية في أي من متاجر اللولو في عمان والتسوق عبر الإنترنت
•  هم من سكان عمان وأعمارهم ١٨ سنة فما فوق.
•  يتحمل العملاء مسؤولية دقة المعلومات المقدمة أثناء التسجيل.
•  العملاء الذين قاموا بالتسجيل، يحتاجون فقط إلى إدخال رقم الهاتف المحمول الخاص بهم ومعرف الإيصال الجديد للمشتريات المؤهلة أثناء العرض الترويجي ، لاحقًا.
•  العملاء الذين يشترون عبر الإنترنت لا يتعين عليهم التسجيل في السحب بشكل منفصل. سيتم إنشاء القسائم عند إتمام عملية الشراء بنجاح. ستتم مشاركة قسائم السحب معك في غضون ٤٨ ساعة من تأكيد الطلب عبر الإنترنت إلى بريدك الإلكتروني / رقم هاتفك المسجل.
•  يمكن المطالبة بالإيصال مرة واحدة فقط.
•  شراء قسيمة الهدايا غير مشمول في العرض الترويجي.
•  سيتم التحقق من صحة المطالبة المسجلة لحساب عدد الفرص الصالحة للعميل.
•  سيتم إصدار قسائم السحب على المطالبات الصالحة فقط.
•  سيحتاج العملاء إلى حفظ البريد الإلكتروني / الرسائل القصيرة للرجوع إليها.
•  يرجى ملاحظة أنه بالنسبة لعملية التسجيل، يفضل أن يستخدم العملاء معرف البريد الإلكتروني الشخصي الخاص بهم. يمكن أن يؤدي استخدام عنوان البريد الإلكتروني للشركة أو الشركة إلى وضع علامة على البريد كرسائل غير مرغوب فيها بسبب سياسات البريد الخاصة بالشركة.
•  يغلق التسجيل عبر الإنترنت في ٥ مارس ٢٠٢٣
•  لولو ليست مسؤولة عن أي فشل في تسليم القسائم بسبب معلومات خاطئة.
•  في حالة وجود أي توضيحات بخصوص قسائم السحب الصادرة، يمكن للعملاء الاتصال بمكتب خدمة العملاء في أقرب متجر لولو.
•  سيتم سحب الفائزين بإشراف مسئولين من البلدية / وزارة التجارة والصناعة المعنية
•  سيتم الانتهاء من السحب على بطاقة لولو شوبن جفت في عالم المأكولات ٢٠٢٣ في ٨ مارس ٢٠٢٣
•  سيتم الإعلان عن اسماء الفائزين على صفحات التواصل الاجتماعي الخاصة بـ لولو وعلى موقعنا الإلكتروني.
•  قد يختلف لون ومواصفات الجوائز حسب المتوفر.
•  سيتم استرداد الجوائز الفائزة في غضون ٩٠ يوماً من نهاية العرض الترويجي.
•  موظفو لولو وشركاتها الشقيقة، وكذلك أفراد عائلات الموظفين غير مؤهلين للمشاركة في عرض عالم المأكولات ٢٠٢٣ الترويجي.
